How much do I have to invest in tailor-made coaching? 

The value of my holistic coaching method, integrating sport, nutrition and personal development with daily support,

is €149/month (i.e. €4.80/days), with no minimum commitment.

How long does the coaching last? 

There's no minimum time commitment.

If you wish, I can accompany you until you achieve your goals.

Since I started (2015) I've decided to offer a caring approach to coaching.

I'm against rigid contracts with hidden clauses.

On average, my champions become autonomous after 3 months and are coached for 8 months.

How long does a sports session last? 

At the very least, I recommend 3-5 sessions of 30-minutes a week to achieve convincing results.

For those who find it difficult to start exercising, I tend to suggest 2-3 sessions of 20 minutes per week.

If it's more, it's a bonus.

 

This program will evolve with your progress, your desires and your schedule.

If you don't have this minimum time to devote to your well-being, my method won't suit you.

I'm not at all athletic, is this for me? 

Whether you're a beginner or an intermediate, I'll teach you how to train effectively and get results.

Your program will be adapted to your level and will aim to help you progress from session to session.
