Basic price per service : 


 

  • Individuel Coaching (1 on 1) : 65 € per 60-minute coaching session.

  • Semi Private Group (up to 6 woman) : 30 € per 55 minutes coaching session.

  • Group classes (up to 12 woman) : 15 € per course, with a commitment for one semester.

  • Slimming challange on Mini-Trampoline  : 149€ p:month for a 12-week follow-up.

  • Nutrition Coaching (weight loss) : 255 € for a 12-week follow-up.

  • Nutrition Coaching (Fat Buner) : 500 € for a 10-week follow-up.

  • Semi Private (mixte genders) : For 2 90 €/ For 3 120 €/ For 4 140 €_per 60 minutes coaching session.

In addition to my basic rates, I offer several packages that combine sport and nutrition, depending on your objectives.

Weight loss pack

Who is it for ? Those who want to lose weight, sculpt their body and feel better about themselves.

 

The package combines personal sports coaching and nutrition coaching. This way, you benefit from a 360° follow-up and quick and lasting results.

 

Duration of the program : 12 weeks with a rhythm of 2 appointments per week.
 

  • 1 first appointment of 90 minutes to make a physical and dietary assessment;

  • 25 1 on 1 sports coaching sessions of 60 minutes;

  • 3 follow-up nutrition appointments.

  100% Total Body Reset pack

Who is it for? Those who want to invest in a thorough fitness program and not give

up.


The pack offers you 1 on 1 sports coaching for a 3 months follow-up.

Duration of the program: 15 weeks with one 60-minute sports coaching session per week.

 

Package price : €750

 Rehabilitation pack

Who is it for? Those who want physical and dietary support for health reasons. For example, for follow-up after an injury, to recover from an illness or to get through a pregnancy.

 

The pack allows you to combine nutritional coaching, sports coaching and mental support.

 

Duration of the program: 9 weeks with a rhythm of 2 appointments per week.

  • 1st appointment of 90 minutes to make a physical and dietary assessment;

  • 18 (1 on 1) sports and mental coaching sessions of 60 minutes;

  • 2 follow-up appointments for food.

Physical preparation pack

Who is it for? Those who are about to take up a sporting challenge and who rely on a good physical and mental preparation.

 

The pack offers you 1 on 1 coaching courses and follow-up on both the physical and mental levels, so that you don't give up!

 

Duration of the program: 12 weeks with 2 to 3 appointments per week.

  • 32 sports and mental coaching sessions of 60 minutes.

 

Package price : 1600 €

 

Wellness and nutrition pack

Who is it for? Those who want to start a new sport and diet routine and invest in their health and well-being.

 

The pack offers you both sports and nutrition coaching to rebuild a healthy and balanced routine.

 

Duration of the program: 12 weeks with a rhythm of 2 appointments per week.

  • 1 first appointment of 90 minutes to make a physical and dietary assessment;

  • 25 (1 on 1) sports coaching sessions of 60 minutes;

  • 3 follow-up nutrition appointments ;

 

Package price : 1505 € 

 

Fat Burner Diet Program

Who is it for? Those who want to reduce accumulated fat without touching the muscles.

 

The pack offers you a strict diet with an individual diet plan for a follow-up of 10 weeks.

 

Duration of the program: 2 weeks of strict diet with daily food plan and recipes, 4 weeks diet with 1 week of food plan and recipes, 4 weeks of self-care flexible food plan with success support.

 

Package price: 500 €

If the body weight is 10 (kg) more than the height (e.g.: 1m75 and 85kg): dieting or leaning recommended. If the body weight is 5 to 10 (kg) more than the height: muscle gain. If body weight is equal to height: as a general rule, go on a small diet before gaining muscle.
