Group fitness programme inspired by military training. 

These 45 minutes are designed to burn fat and build muscle mass. 

This is the most intensive class on the schedule. 

Made up of simple, intense athletic movements, it improves cardio and endurance and develops muscular strength. 

The class is held outdoors, weather permitting.
