Swissjump® is a new trend in the fitness world. Purpose? To offer innovative and holistic workouts on a mini trampoline. Swissjump® is a energized 45’ fast-paced class utilizes the bellicon t-bar and popular music with a strong beat. Get ready to burn calories during this cardio-based dance workout. This is an open-level class that will leave you sweaty and with a smile on your face.
Metafit HIIT is a high intensity metabolic training.
It includes compound exercises with little rest in between in an effort to maximize caloric burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. This type of fitness regimen combines strength training and cardio exercises to create brief, demanding workouts. The workout sessions should range from medium to high intensity.
Metamorphosis
The class is aimed at targeting and strengthening the small, accessory muscles to achieve a long and lean body (a 'dancer's body'). The workouts focus on repetitive movements, lots of reps, and light weights – the whole point is to fatigue your muscles.
Metamorphosis workouts are high-energy. You will repeat the same movements over and over again, which will make you sweat and tire out your muscles. Metamorphosis is specifically targeted to the abs, arms, legs, glutes and back. Flexibility, strength and aerobic is on the program !

deepWORK® - The unique new dimension in functional training.
This five-element workout is full of energy! However, deepWORK® is based on the laws of yin and yang and combines the spiritual and physical opposites of functional training.
Cardio, static and dynamic exercises, sheathing, strengthening, plyometrics and breathing techniques challenge the body and mind by developing body awareness.
5K Canicross is an athletic sport that combines a runner and one dogs, linked together to perform the same physical effort. Canicross helps dogs build muscle, endurance and heart rate.
Doing a 5km run can add a new level of challenge and interest to your exercise program. The aime is to have an easy pace (6:53-7:33/km) in order to burn up to 500kcal. (accessible without pet)

Cross Training Trampoline is a low-impact way to make high-intensity cardio feel like child's play.
Combine all your current favorite exercises like HIIT, body weight , interval training, all on a mini-trampoline. A circuit is a series of cardio and strength exercises which are repeated in sets with typically no rest in between for 60’. Each ‘set’ is short enough that you can rotate in multiple exercises into one workout.
Not only that, but circuit training you're doing during a trampoline workout will burn serious calories, boost your energy, and help you build endurance while sculpting you legs, butt, and core. Not bad, right?

Total Body Reset
Interval Team Training is a type of training that allows you to improve your physical condition with sessions of 60’minutes.
After a Team Training session, the metabolism is at its highest. You burn fat while building muscle.
This is possible because these sessions, which combine cardio and resistance exercises, really put the body to the test. Our body will take a long time to recover and return to its 'normal' state: between 24 and 36 hours of recovery, or even more. Trampoline Mama-Môme
The Trampoline Mum & Kid course (from 8 years) is a modern and innovative fitness course. Intensive cardio and endurance exercises alternate with strengthening and muscle-building exercises. Simple dance moves and a combination of various exercises. In addition to the intensive nature of this class, the fun factor is definitely not left out!
It reduces neck and back pain; improves posture; frees the mind; improves your flexibility and stability; stimulates blood circulation; is good for body tension; strengthens cartilage and bones; stimulates every cell in your body.
Nordic Walking is very simple: the natural swinging movement of the arms is accentuated during walking and the body is propelled forward with the help of two poles.
The energy expenditure of this type of walking is 30 to 40% higher than that of traditional walking. It strengthens the general tone of the muscle chains. Walking in the open air allows you to be in contact with nature.

Yogi Flow
"Living in a strong, flexible and resilient body" is the philosophy of this weekend special. Low-impact training, through sheathing and all bodyweight work on the floor. All movements are fluid and guided by the deep muscles, creating a synergy that improves mobility and organ function. The deep muscles - they are the glue that holds the body together and will protect you from injury in your daily life.
The course is based on deep strengthening exercises, it promotes your balance and posture, this discipline is ideal for back problems. A real mind-body wake-up, conditioning the rest of the day!

Mindfulness Meditation is the training of attention in the present moment. It seeks to develop attention in a non-judgmental and compassionate way. This scientifically supported practice teaches you how to gain more insight into your own thoughts, feelings, and sometimes fixed mindsets. You’ll learn to be satisfied with what is and who we are now. This 50’ lesson teaches you the basic principles you’ll need to know to start meditating. Various forms (seated, lying down, and walking meditation) and themes (dealing with stress, fatigue, anxiety ...) will be addressed.
